Heather including the four successful leaders: Shalah, Robyn, Laurie and Barbara are people that showed that although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming. These women have overcome the stereotypes, the gender bias and the discrimination by showing their hard work, determination and their excellence in what they do. For me, these women are humble because they attended this convention to give tips to women, to inform and educate women. They wanted to share what they know and what they've learned. I agree, the talents of women are the most important thing. We should step up to the next level and be up for the challenge to be successful in this world. We should be passionate in what we do, willing to try something new, be open-minded, and adapt to change :)
